Really Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Kenneth Haynes to director of the company’s Tampa, Fla. service office at 4842 N. Florida Avenue.
Haynes joined the company in 2016 and has 22 years of experience in the pest management industry. After completing the company’s training manager training program, he recently spent the last few months as an assistant manager in Tampa.
Some of Haynes’ new responsibilities will be to help the service desk continue to maintain its visibility in the local Tampa Bay community as well as instill core company values throughout its team. “I am delighted to be part of a great established team,” said Haynes. “I look forward to continuing to grow in my new role every day. ”
“Ken excelled in our MIT program and brought with him over two decades of experience in acquisitions, team building, auditing and more,” said Tim Phillips, district manager, Central Florida. “He is a man of high character and I know he will certainly prove to be an asset to our company.”
Truly Nolen also announced the promotion of Norm Dunham to the role of Territory Manager for the company’s commercial service office in Ogden, Utah (4224 Riverdale Road), which is a satellite of the company’s service office in Salt Lake City.
Dunham joined the company in 2015 and was most recently Director of Sales. Before joining Truly Nolen, he was a delivery driver in the linen industry for seven years. Additionally, he served in the United States Army for six years and in his spare time is associate pastor for Refuge Church in Ogden.
“I am very excited to help develop this service office in northern Utah with the goal of splitting it into two full commercial service offices within a few years,” said Dunham. “I love the family atmosphere of our business and will continue to strive to achieve all of my goals. ”
